A 63-year-old female with a history of T11 radicular back pain underwent a lumbar spine MRI. This identified lumbar spondylosis (not shown) and multiple small liver lesions (one shown in Figure 1). Because of an unrelated history of abdominal pain and GI bleed, the patient underwent an MRI of the abdomen. This study characterized the liver lesions (Figures 2-4).
