- Traumatic brain injury: In experimental animal models and in human studies, investigations of the pathophysiology of the injured brain using advanced neuroimaging techniques.
- Nanomedecine: Development of endohedral metallofullerenes (“buckyballs”), a new class of very promising MRI nanoparticle contrast agents, for diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
